Australia ✈️ Indonesia – Day 16 (Bali)

Day 16

After my last breakfast in Australia I started packing everything up. This time with more ease because I could take 25kg in my suitcase 😁. Which worked nicely!

– Nach dem letzten Frühstück in Australien packte ich alle meine Sachen. Diesmal blieben die Nerven ruhig da ich 25kg mitnehmen durfte 😁. Was perfekt paste! –

Then I checked out and went on my last short trip into the city to change some money and get some fruit for the day.

– Dann checkte ich aus und machte mich ein letztes mal auf den Weg in die Stadt um Geld zu tauschen und ein paar Früchte für den Tag zu kaufen. –

Around noon I took the bus to the airport and hung out there till my flight to Bali.

– So um Mittag rum nahm ich den Bus zum Flughafen und dort gammelte ich bis es Zeit war für meinen Bali Flug. –

By 5:30pm I was boarded and now it was just a 3 hour flight to Indonesia. Bit nervous but excited I read my little pocket guide.

– Um 17:30 Uhr saß ich schon im Flieger und dann war es auch nur ein 3 stündiger Flug nach Indonesien. Etwas nervös aber mit Vorfreude studierte ich meinen kleinen Tascheguide. –

At 9pm we arrived at the beautiful airport in Bali and after getting my luggage it was time to find a taxi.

– Um 21 Uhr kam ich im schönen Flughafen in Bali an und nachdem ich meinen Koffer hatte war es an der Zeit ein Taxi zu finden. –

A driver was quickly found and as it was my first try to negotiate it did not went to well. That’s how a $10 ride became a $30 ride to my hotel in Kuta. 😋 I hoped that my skills would improve throughout the time 😌. At the hotel I took a shower, got in contact with my loved ones and went to bed.

– Ein Fahrer war schnell gefunden, jetzt ging es ans verhandeln und da es das erste mal war lief es leider nicht so gut. Und somit wurde aus einer $10 Fahrt zu meinem Hotel in Kuta eine $30 Fahrt. 😋 Ich hoffte das mein Verhandlungsgeschick besser werden würde während des Aufenthaltes. 😌 Im Hotel angekommen, duschte ich und redete mit meinem Lieben zu hause. –
